DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to change and maintain tooling

Ability to learn and understand CNC Machines

Run and maintain CNC Machines of various types

Keep up with production needs

Maintain quality standards of machined parts

Participate in continuous improvement efforts

Manage Kanban replenishment and keep accurate documentation

Crane, forklift experience

QUALIFICATIONS 

Certification/Degree but can be substituted for years of experience

5 Years of CNC and Tooling

Precise measuring, crane, and forklift experience

Computer skills

Demonstrated interaction/Communication skills

Must be self-motivated and able to meet production requirements with little supervision

Ability to operate a CNC Turning Center with Okuma control

Must be adept in program editing and troubleshooting of machining problems

Base Pay Range 2026 (for Colorado Residents): $24.97 – $35.11 (Minimum to Maximum)

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$24.74 - $28.79
