Safety leadership, as a personal priority. Attend environmental, health and safety training when required. Responsible for the evaluation of surveys, along with record keeping, in accordance with the Quality Records Control Procedure. Develop and maintain Quality Assurance programs, specifications, procedures, and equipment to meet customer specifications, and Howmet's quality requirements. Responsible for applying the quality system procedures used during the wheel machining process and ensuring that the procedures are followed correctly. Coordinate any quality and improvement issues. Responsible for completing flow charts, exchange controls, FMEA, APQP's and PPAP's. 8. Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the SPC, including data entry, reporting, analysis and reaction. Responsible for FPY, Scrap and Rework performance and trend rate and action plan. Responsible for the review and disposal of any non-conforming or suspicious material in accordance with the Non-Conforming Material Procedure. Responsible for the follow-up of the A3, pending issues. Participation in internal audits, corrective processes and problem solving. Responsible for compliance with the ASAT protocol to the assignee. Directly responsible for the coordination and conduct of the meetings of the interface team of the Quality Department, within the process area. Assist as necessary in the completion of various Documentation of the Quality Department. Assist, as needed, on Quality issues in accordance with the Quality Planning Instructions.
