Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Machinery Engineer to support the operation and reliability of 6–8 large compressor stations, each handling an average of 210 MMSCFD in the Delaware Basin. The engineer will provide design engineering and operational support to improve reliability, integrity, safety, and identify opportunities for debottlenecking across the facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for the operation and maintenance of large compressor stations.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance system reliability, integrity, and safety.
Lead or support facility improvement projects, including piping modifications, equipment installations, and system upgrades.
Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot machinery-related issues.
Participate in reliability studies and root cause failure analyses.
Preferred Qualifications:
General experience with CAT 3616 drivers and Ariel reciprocating compressors.
Hands-on experience with facility upgrade projects, including mechanical design and installation.
Strong understanding of compression systems, rotating equipment, and gas processing operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
