Job Description:

Location: Slatersville, Rhode Island

In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating molding and assembly equipment, monitoring product quality, and troubleshooting process issues to keep production running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, mechanical skills, and experience in manufacturing or plastics.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor molding, assembly, and auxiliary equipment to meet production standards.
Perform hourly product checks and functional testing to ensure quality.
Record and document all inspection data and production results.
Troubleshoot production issues and make authorized system or process adjustments.
Carry out preventive maintenance tasks, including cleaning molds, presses, and assembly equipment.
Handle materials: empty and label boxes, manage bins, and track scrap and production data.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with company standards.
Support line clearance, press clean downs, and contamination prevention procedures.
Perform general housekeeping such as sweeping and trash removal.

Desired Background/Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
2–3 years of experience in a similar production or manufacturing role.
Plastic injection molding experience preferred.
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
