The Machine Maintenance Technician supports manufacturing operations by installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery, equipment, building systems, and related infrastructure. This role ensures that production equipment is reliable, safe, and operating at optimal performance.

Essential Functions/Job Responsibilities:

Inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair CNC machine tools and related equipment.Assist with the installation, retrofitting, and upgrading of machinery and systems.Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.Document maintenance activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.Collaborate with team members, equipment manufacturers, and service providers to resolve technical issues.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company safety standards.

Education and/or Experience:

Vocational or Associate’s degree in industrial maintenance, machine tool mechanics, mechatronics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 1 year of experience in machine maintenance, repair, or industrial service work.Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.Knowledge of machine components including pumps, motors, shafts, bearings, spindles, and HVAC systems.Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service mindset.

Physical Demands:

Frequent exposure to industrial environments including noise, moving machinery, grease, dirt, and sharp objects.Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods.Comfortable working at heights from lifts, ladders, and platforms.Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).Potential exposure to chemicals; must follow all safety protocols.Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety glasses and footwear

22.00 - 33.00
