As a team leader in the mechanical processing department of the Bari plant, you will be responsible for executing production activities in compliance with production routing, HSE, and quality.

 You will be also responsible for:

Assisting machine operators in processing activities related to Baker Hughes productsProviding punctual timesheetsParticipating in continuous improvement activities through project proposalsFollowing factory policies regarding work shifts, lunch breaks, and the use of PPE

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a high school diploma in a technical subjectHave a good experience as a milling operator or have a degree in mechanical engineeringHave a good knowledge of technical drawings and the ability to interpret technical and procedural documentsReport safety, quality, and routing issues to your supervisorAbility to work in a team

Desired Qualifications:

Have a good knowledge of the machining tool kitHave a good knowledge of Baker Hughes products
