Responsibilities

· You will work 36 hours (Friday- Sunday), get paid for 40 hours (4 bonus hours) and enjoy 4 days off in the week!

· You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control

· Job preparation including building tools, fixturing, material prep, loading work/tool offsets, etc. according to programmer specifications

· Coordinate with programmers on job progress & potential improvements

· Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion

· Load and unload equipment and materials

· Provide innovative solutions to improve shop efficiency

· Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the shop floor

· Log and record readings for machined parts
