Our client, a leading manufacturer in the dairy industry, is seeking Machine Set Up/Operators to join their team. As a Machine Set Up/Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing of high-quality cheeses. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Set Up/Operators

Location: Monroe, WI

Pay Range: $17.75/hr for first shift, with a $0.50 pay differential for 2nd shift

Shift: 1st shift hours - 4AM - 2PM, Monday through Friday with optional weekend shift available; 2nd Shift hours - 2PM - 12AM (Midnight), Monday through Friday with optional weekend shifts available

What's the Job?

Set up and operate machinery for cheese production. Change over packaging and adjust line settings based on cheese type and packaging requirements. Ensure quality control measures are met throughout the production process. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.

What's Needed?

At least 6 months of manufacturing experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes. Effective communication skills and teamwork mentality.
