Adhere to IATF 16949 work instructionsAdhere to ISO14001 work instructions and trainingRead and follow all job related work instructions.Observe follow all safety procedures and guidelines when performing work to avoid injury to self and other employeesRebuild of pneumatic cylinders and valvesRebuild of electric cylinders and valvesRebuild of hydraulic pumps, cylinders and valvesResponsible for maintenance (except electrical) on air compressorsMaintain all wells, water pumps and emission systemsTrouble shoot and maintain ACS unitHandle all pipefitting as neededAbility to read blue prints, schematic and hydraulicMaintain Robots/gas systems in flame hardening departmentMaintain and troubleshoot various equipment in the plant as needed for continuous operationMust have ability to complete rigging tasksMust be able to complete oxygen, propane, and natural gas change outsMust have basic computer skills for work order entry and completionMust be able to perform spill containment dutiesMust be able to obtain a forklift and/or man-lift licenses from CWC safety departmentProvide own tools (personal hand tools)Knowledge of welding and automatic torch cutting and setting a plusAre you looking for employment with a fast-paced, safety–oriented foundry with a long-term presence in Muskegon County? Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Position Requirements:
Candidate must have at a minimum a Journeyman Card or 6 years of practical maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility. Welding experience is a plus
