**Job Title: Machine Repair Foreman**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Repair Foreman to join our team. The role involves disassembling, replacing, and repairing presses and other industrial equipment. You will be responsible for using rigging equipment to move presses when necessary and employing precision measurement tools to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment. Ensuring adherence to safety policies and quality standards is paramount. You will also develop and train apprentices and collaborate with other departments as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Disassemble, replace, and repair industrial equipment, including presses.
+ Utilize rigging equipment such as overhead cranes, hilos, and gantries to move presses as required.
+ Employ precision measurement tools to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment.
+ Adhere to all safety policies and quality standards.
+ Develop and train apprentices in equipment repair techniques.
+ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience with industrial equipment repair, including stamping presses and forging presses.
+ Ability to utilize precision measurement equipment.
+ Valid driver's license.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ CDL-A license beneficial but not required.
+ Experience with welding and industrial machinery is beneficial.
+ Ability to work off-shift or be on call when necessary.
+ Willingness to travel is beneficial but not required.

**Work Environment**
This role involves working on industrial and commercial facility projects, typically Monday through Friday from 6 am to 3:30 or 4:30 pm, with 9 to 10-hour days and occasional weekend work. You will meet at the shop in the morning and travel to job sites with the foreman. Up to 30% travel may be required, but flexibility is available.

This is a Permanent position based out of Pontiac, Michigan.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
