**NOW HIRING MACHINE OPERATORS** **Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa City & Norway, IA** **Pay $18-24/hr depending on experience!!** **HIRING ON ALL SHIFTS - MULTIPLE POSITIONS OPEN** **Job Description** Join our team as a Machine Operator where you will be a vital part of the production and distribution process, operating equipment on the production lines. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality of finished products and performing major production line changeovers independently. **Responsibilities** + Operate equipment on production lines at least 50% of the hours worked. + Make equipment adjustments to ensure a quality finished product. + Perform major production line changeovers without the help of maintenance staff. + Handle powerful rare earth magnets. + Perform special packaging projects as scheduled. + Maintain equipment in accordance with SOPs and preventative maintenance schedules. + Train others in performing the job effectively. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience. + Ability to stand on feet for 8+ hours a day. + Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently. + Operate computer systems. + Knowledge of sanitation and cleaning procedures. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED. + Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). **APPLY DIRECTLY TO POSTING IF INTERESTED OR TEXT 319 720 3461** **(Please include first/last name and interview availability when texting)** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
