Job Description:

As a Machine Operator, you would be setting up, operating and maintaining the custom machining centers to produce high-quality parts.

Responsibilities:

Enter production data into machines for producing panels for the Speed Guardian product lineLoad raw materials into machinePerform tool changes and make necessary adjustments to optimize performanceAssemble panels while machine is working while also keeping the machine runningInspect finished parts to ensure they meet the standards Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, making adjustments or escalating problems as needed Routine maintenance like cleaning, lubrication and minor repairs Identify and report any machine malfunctions, tool wear, or other issues to the supervisor or maintenance department Follow strictly to safety protocols and wear PPE at all times

Education: No Requirements

Experience: 12 months

1-3 years of machine operation experience

Physical:

Must be able to lift or move at least 50 lbsMust be able to safely climb stairs or ladderBe able to work in cold or hot working conditionsMust be able to Bend, Stoop, Squat or Kneel

Related Experience: High attention to detail, Prioritization skills, Ability to use hand tools
