**Job Title: Machine Operator Trainee** **Job Description** Join our team as a Machine Operator Trainee in a dynamic copper manufacturing facility. This role involves hands-on training with experienced operators, providing you with an opportunity to learn all aspects of machine operation in the production area. **Responsibilities** + Train under experienced operators to learn machine operation in the production area. + Assist with general labor tasks within the manufacturing environment. + Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safety-focused mindset. + Stand for extended periods (10-12 hours) while performing job duties. **Essential Skills** + Experience in manufacturing or labor-intensive warehouse settings. + Ability to stand for long durations (10-12 hours). + Strong safety awareness and ability to work around machinery. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experienced in safety within a manufacturing facility is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Experience the excitement of working in a large manufacturing facility with over 250 colleagues. While certain areas may have dust due to construction activities, work stations are kept clean and organized. Shifts are available with specific time frames: 2nd shift (4pm to 12am) with a $1.00/hr shift differential, and 3rd shift (12am to 8am) with a $3.00/hr shift differential. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sealy, TX. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
