Thermoforming Operator - HIRING IMMEDIATELY - Franklin Park, IL

 

Do you have experience working in Extrusion, Thermoforming, and/or as a Plastic Machine Operator? We want you on our TEAM!!!

 

 

Compensation:

 

Pay range $21.32 - $26.93 per hourEligible for annual & skill-based wage increasesAdd EXTRA money to your paycheck by referring friends and familyEligible for monthly bonus based upon plant productivity*

Hours: 7AM to 7PM rotating schedule with every other weekend off

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Must be able to complete all training required (procedures, equipment’s, safety)Basic operator PM and/or equipment cleaningPerform visual inspection of products; identify attributes to quality in thermoform productWilling to work other duties or tasks, as neededCreate shipping labelsWrap palletized loadMust be able to lift and install roll shaft into rollMust be able to use hoist to put roll onto unwind standMust be able to feed material through thermoformed and trim pressMust be able to make learn simple adjustments (Heats, cycle time)Must be able to identify and fix jammed material in grinder and put line back into production

Qualifications:

Three (3) years of manufacturing or related experience operating and/ or running plastics processing equipment (thermoforms)Effective communication skills, both written and verbal requiredStrong Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skillsAbility to read and operate micrometer (s)High School Diploma or GED preferredProven track history of good attendance Qualifications
