**Job Title:** Machine Operator – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)
**Pay:** $20–$21/hour
**Location:** Milwaukee, WI
**Schedule:** 2nd Shift – Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
**About the Role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Machine Operator** (Slitting) to join a growing printing company in Milwaukee. The ideal candidate will have experience operating slitting or finishing equipment, ensuring materials are cut, rewound, and packaged according to customer specifications. This is a **temp-to-hire** opportunity with strong potential for long-term career growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Set up, operate, and monitor slitting machines to cut large rolls of printed material into smaller rolls or sheets.
+ Ensure product quality by inspecting materials for accuracy, alignment, and defects.
+ Perform routine machine adjustments and troubleshooting to maintain production efficiency.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
+ Follow production schedules and meet daily/weekly output goals.
+ Accurately complete production logs and quality checks.
+ Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
**Qualifications**
+ Previous experience as a **Machine Operator** or in a similar machine operation role preferred.
+ Mechanical aptitude and ability to read measurements and specifications.
+ Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
+ Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
