As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various industrial machines and equipment, ensuring efficient and safe production of high-volume paperboard consumer packaging. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality control, and teamwork to contribute to overall operational success while working a stable, rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
This schedule rotates every 28 days, providing you with scheduled, built-in time off and extended weekends throughout the month.
Shift Times: 12-Hour Shifts, rotating between 7:00 AM ??? 7:00 PM (Day Shift) and 7:00 PM ??? 7:00 AM (Night Shift).
Rotation Pattern: You will work a set, repeating pattern:
2 days on
2 days off
3 days on (Working "long weekend"!)
2 days off
2 days on
3 days off (Off "long weekend"!)

Working hours: Various Shifts Available

Skills:
Equipment Knowledge: Experience operating a diverse range of manufacturing or converting machinery.
Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail and ability to perform complex quality checks.

Experience: 1???4 years of experience operating various machines and equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to perform thorough quality checks.
Performance: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Scheduling: Must be willing and able to work the rotating 12-hour day and night shift schedule.
