Operator in Training – Printing Press Location: Quad – Burlington, WI Pay: $17.50–$19.50/hr or more to start, based on experience and previous work history. About Our Burlington Facility Our Burlington plant handles custom and specialty print projects—from books and brochures to calendars and direct mail. With 10-color sheetfed capabilities, UV inks, and in-house finishing (die cutting, embossing, folding, gluing), we deliver premium print solutions with precision and pride. What You’ll Do + Set up and operate offset press equipment based on job specs. + Monitor product quality and make adjustments to maintain standards. + Perform basic mechanical maintenance and lubrication. + Coordinate with crew members and support smooth production flow + Complete required documentation (electronic and paper). + Cross-train in other print service roles as needed. What You’ll Bring + Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and perform repetitive hand/wrist movements. + Basic computer skills and ability to follow written instructions. + Willingness to learn and grow—no prior press experience required. + Must pass a color test. + Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. Additional Information The actual rate of pay offered will vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime and shift differentials.
