What you will do:
As a Machine Operator III in our Needle Punch Department, this role involves operating machinery, performing inspections, assisting with maintenance, and working at elevated heights within a fast-paced production environment.
Under general supervision, operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate production records and maintenance logsAssist maintenance teams in troubleshooting, and repairing machinery issuesAdhere to site specific quality systems and processes Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documentsOperate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed Train others in operational and/or documentation procedures as needed Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors. Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of StrykerWhat you need:

High School Diploma or GED2+ Years of relevant experienceAbility to climb up 10 feet off the ground.Preferred:
