Machine Operator III - Needle Punch - Weekend Night Shift - $26.20 hr + $2.00/hr shift premium
Work Flexibility: Onsite

Schedule:

Wednesday & Thursday - 7 PM- 3 AM

Friday - 11PM - 7AM

Saturday - 7PM – 7AM

Sunday 7PM -11PM OT as needed

 

What you will do:

Under general supervision, operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate production records and maintenance logs

Adhere to site specific quality systems and processes 

Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents

Operate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed 

Train others on operational and/or documentation procedures as needed 

Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors. 

Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker

 

What you need:

Required:

High School or GED required

2+ years of related manufacturing experience required

Preferred:

Ability to exert up to 50-75 lbs occasionally

Need punch experience
