Bereitstellen von Werkzeugen, Kontrollmitteln und Vorrichtungen gemäss Anweisungen
— Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von Maschinen
— Vornehmen von Werkzeugwechsel und -korrekturen sowie Störungsbehebungen
— Reinigen von Maschinen und Ausführen einfacher Wartungsarbeiten
— Erstellen und Optimieren einfacher NC- und CNC-Programmen innerhalb von Projekten
— Bearbeiten von Arbeitsaufträgen gemäss QS-Richtlinien und Arbeitsunterlagen
— Melden von Abweichungen der Vorgabezeiten
— Korrektes und vollsändiges Ausfüllen der Produktionsunterlagen nach GDP
— Sicherstellen des ordnungsgemässen Verlassens der Arbeitsplätze
— Selbst-, Erststück- und Gegenprüfung
— Abarbeiten von Aufträgen nach Anweisungen des Vorgesetzten
