Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator II to join their team. As a Machine Operator II, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator II

Location: Lockport, IL

Pay Range: $18.51

Shift: 5 Days per week, 8.0 Hours per shift

What's the Job?

Observe all safety rules and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment. Follow established Good Manufacturing Practices, maintaining an orderly and clean work area. Set up, change over, adjust, repair, and operate all machinery and equipment across all shifts. Ensure all equipment is in optimal condition and ready for on-time startup. Perform process control and quality checks, including operating date coders and verifying code dates on cases.

What's Needed?

Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing machinery and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Willingness to follow sanitation and safety protocols diligently. Basic understanding of process control and quality assurance procedures. Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
