Responsibilities:
Operate basic finishing equipment and tools according to established processes and work instructions.

Follow detailed work order instructions to ensure accurate and timely production.

Perform routine quality tests to verify compliance with product specifications.

Adhere to all productivity targets and efficiency standards.

Develop a solid understanding of machine equipment and tools used in day-to-day operations.

Learn and apply company policies and procedures during routine tasks.

Work effectively as part of a team, building positive relationships with coworkers.

Identify and resolve basic issues or problems related to machine operation.

Comply with all safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Prior experience as a Machine Operator II or in a similar manufacturing role

Experience with quality testing tools or measurement instruments (e.g., calipers, gauges)

Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices

Ability to interpret technical drawings or blueprints

Familiarity with ERP systems or production tracking software
