**Machine Operator Helper** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team at a manufacturing site that produces and distributes a variety of cleaning supplies for retail clients. This role involves operating and assisting with the setup, maintenance, and production of die cutter and flexo machines in a fast-paced corrugated packaging facility. You will ensure accurate cutting, printing, and stacking of cardboard materials while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. **Responsibilities** + Operate and assist in the setup and maintenance of die cutter and flexo machines. + Ensure accurate cutting, printing, and stacking of cardboard materials according to job specifications. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment. + Support team efficiency and minimize downtime. **Essential Skills** + Experience in loading and machine operation. + Knowledge of production and general labor processes. + Proficiency in packaging and machine operating. + Ability to use a tape measure accurately. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a manufacturing environment. + Skilled in using hand tools and working in a machine shop. + Team player with a willingness to help others. + Ability to maintain productivity and accuracy. + Adaptable to changing work conditions. **Why Work Here?** The company offers competitive pay raises, benefits, and a supportive culture that values teamwork and efficiency. **Work Environment** Work in a non-climate controlled manufacturing and distribution environment.
