📌 Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operator & Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and inspecting components, operating precision laser machines, and ensuring all products meet strict quality standards. You will play a key part in maintaining efficient workflows, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating across production areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and inspect components with accuracy and attention to detailOperate laser machines, CNC equipment, and other specialized toolsFollow established manufacturing processes and meet production deadlinesMaintain accurate records and documentation of work performedKeep a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with cleanroom standardsUse hand tools and microscopes for precision workClean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performancePrepare finished goods for packaging and shipmentContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team collaboration🛠 Skills & ExpertiseAssembly & machine operationMedical device manufacturing & packagingLaser operation (including CNC laser systems)Microscope use for precision inspectionCleanroom production practices

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
