**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description**
Operate machinery to create various bearing pieces and parts for conveyors. Utilize gauges and calipers to perform quality checks on finished pieces. Assist with routine machine maintenance and upkeep. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanical aptitude
+ Ability to use a tape measure
+ Proficiency with hand tools and calipers
+ Experience in machine operation
+ Forklift operation skills
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience operating screw machines is a plus.
+ Ability to read measurements accurately.
+ Comfortable working with a variety of hand and power tools.
+ Willingness to get hands dirty while operating machinery.
+ Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures.

**Work Environment**
Work a four-day week from Monday to Thursday, 4:50 AM to 3:30 PM, with three paid ten-minute breaks and a half-hour unpaid lunch. Overtime is rare. Join a small team of about 15 employees on the floor, working with older equipment in a non-climate-controlled environment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kent, OH.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
