**Machine Operator** We are looking for a mechanically inclined Machine Operator to support production and packaging activities in a manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Operate computerized production equipment + Monitor product flow and stack finished goods + Pull samples for quality checks and record production data + Report issues and ensure products meet specifications + Support efficient, team‑oriented operations + Lift 10–50 lbs as needed and stand for 12‑hour shifts **Required Skills** + 1+ year of machine operation experience + Strong mechanical aptitude + Ability to operate computer‑based systems + Basic quality inspection and problem‑solving skills **Work Environment** + On‑site manufacturing environment + Requires steel‑toed boots and standard PPE + Follows safety and quality guidelines (e.g., GMP‑style standards) + 12‑hour rotating shifts; initial training on a consistent daytime schedule **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Iowa City, IA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
