Job Title: OperatorJob Description

We are seeking dedicated Night Shift Operators to join our Module Department. This role involves working from 5pm to 5am on a rotating schedule, initially requiring overtime for the first few weeks before transitioning to a regular shift pattern. Operators will primarily focus on machine operating, with responsibilities also including packaging and moving parts and boxes around the plant.

Work Environment

The work environment is in a large, meticulously clean, temperature-controlled, and brightly lit facility. The position involves significant walking between buildings. Operators will work in a clean room requiring specific attire including garb and a beard net, if applicable. The company is committed to maintaining high standards with a strong focus on 5S3K.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
