**Machine Operators On Weekend Shift** **Vista, CA** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled machine operators to perform processes necessary to efficiently and effectively fabricate detail parts. This role requires working independently and collaboratively to ensure quality, safety, and timely production. **Responsibilities** + Load and operate forming machines. + Move completed parts to next operation or staging area. + Tear down setups and return tools/equipment to proper locations. + Conduct minor machine maintenance and maintain proper alignment. + Follow all company production, safety, and administrative policies. + Inspect parts for defects and quality standards. + Utilize various tools such as calipers, gauges, and saws. + Read and follow blueprints and instructions. + Complete required documentation for products. **Essential Skills** + Machine operation experience in manufacturing. + Ability to understand manufacturing drawings and blueprints. + Experience using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers. + Experience setting up and operating machines (basic troubleshooting and maintenance is a plus). + Forklift experience is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team focused on quality and innovation in a vibrant industrial environment. Expect to work in an environment where machines are loud, large. Will wear PPE, including ear plugs, safety shoes, and glasses, as required. **Shifts** + Weekend shift (Friday to Sunday) with a 12-hour schedule from 2pm to 3am, including a one-hour lunch break, with 4 hours of daily overtime. + Must be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift for two weeks before moving to the weekend schedule. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vista, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
