Hiring Machine Operators in Trenton, NJ!

Join our team as a Machine Operator supporting our metal fabrication shop. You will work on a 1st shift schedule, gaining hands-on experience with metal fabrication machinery. This role focuses on operating, monitoring, setting up, and troubleshooting issues ensuring smooth production.

WEEKLY PAY!!

Shift/Pay:

1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3pm

Pay Rate: $20.70/hr

Description:

Set up materials in machines, input specifications, operate machines, and check part quality.Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues.Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.Perform tasks such as cutting, punching, bending, or drilling materials.Continuously monitor and maintain machines, making necessary adjustments.Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as needed.Identify and resolve mechanical malfunctions during production.Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.Maintain accurate production records and report issues to supervisors.Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.In some roles, duties may extend to fabricating and assembling parts using hand and power tools.

Qualifications/Skills:

At least 2-3 years of experience in machine operation.At least 2 years of machine setup experience.Familiarity with industrial manufacturing and hand/power tools.Ability to read and write in English.Proficiency in reading a tape measure down to the 16th.Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.70 - $20.70/hr.
