**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** The candidate will be working on the fabrication side of the facility with a primary focus on running a Voortman plasma table to cut metal for the welding team. The role requires using both imperial and metric measurements. The machine operator will use an overhead crane and a sit-down forklift to move products throughout the facility as needed and will be expected to contribute to general housekeeping tasks consistently. **Responsibilities** + Operate a Voortman plasma table for metal cutting. + Utilize both imperial and metric measurements accurately. + Move products using an overhead crane and sit-down forklift. + Participate in general housekeeping tasks. + Contribute to the welding team by preparing metal components. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and machine operation. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and P&IDs. + Proficiency in using a tape measure in both centimeters and inches. + Material handling skills. + Experience with overhead crane operations. + At least one year of experience in manufacturing. + Experience working with metals, including metalcore, fluxcore, all positions, and steel. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that is a single source supplier for natural gas compression, oil and gas processing, refrigeration systems, and electric power equipment, with in-house engineering and mechanical services expertise. This position operates on night shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 5:00 pm to 3:00 am, including a paid half-hour lunch break.
