Summary: Seeking a Machine Operator to manage production machinery, ensure product quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment Experience operating production machinery preferred Ability to comprehend, speak, write, and read English Basic math skills Knowledge of basic hand tools and calipers Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to interpret and work from established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery while monitoring quality and performance Adjust machines using hand tools to maintain product quality and speed Complete paperwork and data entry per ISO or department procedures Review job specifications for customer requirements Communicate issues related to quality, production, or maintenance to team leads Initiate corrective actions for machinery operations as needed Convey shift carry-over information during transitions Perform routine operator maintenance of machinery Operate and set up specialized finishing equipment per job specifications Support the plant-wide continuous improvement program through audits and action items

Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
