**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
Join a dynamic team as a Machine Operator, where you will play a pivotal role in our coffee production process. Utilize digital touch screens to manage vacuums and control production parameters, and engage with computer systems to track and input data. Your mechanical skills will be essential for performing setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate roasting or grinding machines to process coffee beans.
+ Use a color chart to determine when coffee beans are perfectly roasted.
+ Adjust grinding machines to achieve desired coffee consistency.
+ Utilize digital touch screens to control vacuums, temperature, and speed.
+ Input data and monitor production processes using desktop computers.
+ Perform daily setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting using hand or power tools.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1 year of experience in high-speed machine operation within a production environment.
+ 1 year of setup and troubleshooting experience, including maintenance repair, tool changes, and quality checks.
+ Strong computer skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Mechanical aptitude and experience with changeovers and setups.
+ Experience in automotive mechanics or construction with manufacturing experience.
+ Previous experience in a food environment or with robotic machinery is a plus.

**Work Environment**
Enjoy working in a comfortable facility that maintains a warm atmosphere due to roasting machines. Our team is diverse, with both English and Spanish speakers, ensuring smooth communication. As a food and beverage manufacturer, we adhere to strict food safety guidelines, requiring the use of hairnets, earplugs, bump caps, and steel-toed boots. Choose between day shifts from 6am to 6pm or night shifts from 6pm to 6am on a 2-2-3 schedule.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $47236.80 - $54516.80/yr.
Direct Hire. Paid Vacation and paid holidays.
**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Little Chute,WI.
