Our ideal **Machine Maintenance/Operator** candidate must be able to: Perform mechanical and/or electrical maintenance functions to setup, adjust, maintain, and repair packaging production equipment. Help ensure that the safety, quality, and productivity of the packaging lines meet the required company standards. Use a continuous improvement approach to reduce rejects and time lost due to equipment breakdowns by monitoring production rates, making equipment adjustments, and supporting repairs to packaging equipment.
