Our ideal **Machine Maintenance/Operator** candidate must be able to: Perform mechanical and/or electrical maintenance functions to setup, adjust, maintain, and repair packaging production equipment. Help ensure that the safety, quality, and productivity of the packaging lines meet the required company standards. Use a continuous improvement approach to reduce rejects and time lost due to equipment breakdowns by monitoring production rates, making equipment adjustments, and supporting repairs to packaging equipment. Required experience needed for this **Machine Maintenance/Operator** role: At least one year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field Mechanical aptitude/proficiency and experience using manufacturing equipment Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical production and/or packaging **Education/Certification Requirements:** High School Diploma / GED As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
