Our client, manufacturing food industry is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient and safe operation of equipment to produce high-quality goods. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Crossville, TN

Pay Range: $17 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 10:30pm

What's the Job?

Safely set-up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output Apply knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect product quality Follow safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED equivalent At least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or similar industrial roles Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
