Machine Operator

Summary: Seeking a Machine Operator to manage card production equipment, ensure quality standards, and maintain an orderly work environment.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience Basic computer skills Basic math skills Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization Ability to interpret various instructions Mechanical ability with 1-3 years' experience in safety rules and maintenance instructions

Preferred Skills:

Intermediate computer skills

Responsibilities:

Operate card production equipment and confirm work receipt Exceed production output and quality standards Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments Conduct quality inspections independently Maintain a clean and orderly work area Identify potential production issues and recommend solutions Collaborate with operators, technicians, and supervisory staff Ensure compliance with security and production policies/procedures Order supplies as needed Attend training and meetings as required

Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
