Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Operator
Location: Smyrna, TN
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in Smyrna, TN. This is a full-time, first-shift position offering consistent hours and competitive pay. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation Perform routine quality checks and inspections Maintain a clean and organized work area Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major problems to maintenance Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Complete production documentation accurately and timely

Requirements:

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing setting preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude High school diploma or equivalent
