Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

Inspect workpieces for defects and measure workpieces to ensure accuracy using rules, templates, or other measuring instruments. Observe machine operation to detect workpiece defects or malfunctions and make necessary adjustments. Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and plan operational sequences. Set up and operate various machines such as lathes, cutters, shears, and drills to produce metallic and plastic workpieces. Perform minor maintenance tasks like oiling, cleaning, and replacing worn accessories, and notify supervisors of major repairs needed.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required. 0-2 years of related experience preferred. Basic knowledge of machines, tools, and blueprints. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
