What We Offer:

Competitive Pay: $20-24/hr, based on your experience Stable Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM  Career Growth: Temp-to-hire opportunities for high performersYour Role: Operate and Assist: Help set up and run SMT machines that produce printed circuit boards, an essential component in modern electronics. Collaborate: Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals, and communicate any changes or requirements to keep things running smoothly. Quality Assurance: Randomly test and measure products to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.What We're Looking For: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operating machinery within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Stamina: Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods. Skills: Comfortable using tools and operating various pieces of equipment. Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Team Player: Excellent communication and organizational skills. Quality Focus: A keen eye for detail, ensuring the work you do meets top quality standards. Bonus: Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus! Education: High School Diploma or GED. Screening: Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
