Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Torrance, CA

Pay Range: $21.00

Shift: 5 Days per week, 8.0 Hours per shift

What's the Job?

Set up, change over, and operate all machinery and equipment based on product requirements Ensure equipment is in proper working condition and ready for production start-up Perform process control and quality checks throughout the shift Operate data coders and verify code dates on cases to ensure accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and safety guidelines

What's Needed?

Ability to operate and troubleshoot processing equipment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required Willingness to perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
