Machine Operator

$23/hr

1st shift: Monday-Friday, 8a-4p, some Saturdays

 

Our client, a well-established facility has been in business for over 65 years. They are dairy producers and nutritionists, delivering top-tier, high-bypass soybean protein to support high-producing dairy cows. They produce a product formulated with soy gums, lecithin, and phospholipids to enhance bypass protein and amino acid digestibility. 

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and watch machines to make sure they are working properly Read and follow instructions to understand what needs to be made and how to make it Test product for moisture density

Qualifications: 

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
