Our client, a manufacturing facility is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting, have machine operating experience, and be dependable, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Experienced Machine Operator** **Location: Lititz, PA** **Pay: $18+ shift $1 shift differential** **Night shift: 7p-7a (yearly calendar provided reflecting every other weekend)** ***opportunity for advancement within company** **Key Responsibilities** + Operate molding machines and associated equipment efficiently. + Set up and troubleshoot equipment and processes. + Perform material handling and assist with mold changes. + Conduct quality checks, maintain production records, and complete system logs. + Assist with machine start-ups and shut-downs. + Perform preventative maintenance on equipment. + Follow quality procedures and safety policies. + Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to GMP and Global Food Safety Practices. + Perform other job-related duties as assigned.1 **Qualifications** + Experience in a similar role, factory environment, or as a craftsman. + Experience in the plastics industry is a plus but not required. + Familiarity with hand tools. + Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
