Miller Brothers Staffing is hiring for an immediate, direct placement opportunity! We are seeking an Entry-Level Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team on 2nd or 3rd shift in Saegertown, PA. This is a full-time, permanent position with long-term growth potential.

Position Overview:
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running production equipment and inspecting parts using micrometers and calipers. Ideal candidates will be reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to start immediately in a hands-on manufacturing role.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machines safely and efficiently during production runs

Use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools to inspect finished parts

Follow standard work instructions and safety procedures

Keep work area clean and organized

Record accurate production and inspection data

Communicate equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors

Skills & Competencies:

Experience using micrometers and calipers (any setting – school, shop, or previous work)

Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Team-oriented and dependable

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Machine operation experience preferred but not required

Must be able to start immediately

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Must be able to stand for extended periods

Frequent bending, reaching, and manual handling of parts
