Machine Operator
1st Shift
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join their team in Appleton, WI. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing process operating a variety of machines (such as: coater, binder, rewinder, sheeter,..) . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Appleton, WI

Shift: 6 AM to 6 PM

Wage: $20.00 - $25.00

What's the Job?

Assist the Operator to ensure production timelines are met. Open rolls and properly stage product for production. Wrap finished products and stage them to the designated area. Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition. Assist with general maintenance duties on machines as required.

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to understand and complete the helper checklist. Competence in completing required paperwork accurately. Familiarity with basic machine functions to meet production deadlines. Commitment to following safety procedures and regulations.
