Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a **Machine Operator** to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Machine Operator
**Location:** Alexandria, MN
**Pay Range:** $19/hour
**Shift:** 11pm - 7am (S-TH)
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate metal stamping and plastic nail inserting machinery.
+ Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
+ Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
+ Document production data accurately and timely.
**What's Needed?**
+ No prior experience required; training will be provided.
+ Ability to work night shifts from 11pm to 7am.
+ Strong attention to detail and quality control.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
+ Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
