Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves setting up machines, performing tooling and equipment changeovers, conducting basic troubleshooting, and operating machinery efficiently.

Work Environment and Shift

The work environment is an air-conditioned facility with a separate air filtration system.

The department consists of 8 individuals working with 19 machines.

We prioritize safety with a program that rewards employees for reporting near misses or concerns.

Employees also enjoy regular reviews, contribution-based raises, and engaging activities such as lunch and learns, smaller events like the Super Bowl, and an Employee Appreciation Week.

Monday - Friday

6AM - 4:30PM

Must be open to OT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
