Machine Operator
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Injection Molding Machine Operator to operate and maintain injection molding machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will ensure the production of high-quality plastic parts according to specifications while adhering to safety and quality standards

Temp-to-Hire position$19.80 /hourFull Time work availableThird Shift (Monday through Friday from 10:30pm to 07:00am)Set up, start, stop, and operate injection molding machines and related equipment.Monitor machine operations and adjust parameters to ensure quality output.Load raw materials (plastic pellets) into machines and ensure proper material flow.Perform regular quality checks on parts (visual inspection, measurements, etc.). Remove finished products from molds and trim excess material as needed.Record production data and machine downtime.Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.Clean and maintain work area to ensure safety and efficiency.Work closely with quality control and maintenance teams.Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulationMachine Operator Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED); technical certification is a plus.1–3 years of experience in injection molding or a manufacturing environment preferred.Ability to operate injection molding machines and use hand tools.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Basic math and mechanical skills.Willingness to work nights including Sundays Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
