If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and love working with your hands — this is the job for you! **Location:** Sarasota, FL **Schedule:** Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM **Pay Range:** $16.75 – $ 18.82/hour **What You’ll Be Doing:** + Operate and maintain production machines + Assist with setup, adjustments, and basic maintenance + Perform quality checks and document results + Package products and prep for shipment + Keep your workspace clean and organized **What You Bring:** + High school diploma or equivalent + 1–2 years of machine operation or production experience preferred + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods + Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions + Team player with a strong work ethic **Pay Details:** $16.25 to $18.82 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
