As a Machine Operator you will: 

Operate assigned production equipment following company protocols and safety standards. Run initial quality checks at the start of production or after equipment changes to confirm product specifications. Make basic mechanical tweaks to ensure smooth machine performance. Promptly alert supervisors to any equipment issues or failures. Accurately document production data using required forms and logs. Report discrepancies or irregularities in machine operation to management. Consistently wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while working. Take part in scheduled safety and hygiene training sessions and team meetings. Communicate any concerns related to procedures, food safety, or workplace safety to supervisors for timely resolution. Support the team by performing additional tasks as needed.

This is a 1st Shift Opportunity - Early Morning Start Time
Pay Ranges $20-25/hr

The Ideal Candidate will have:
 

A high school diploma or GED is preferred. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a high-volume food production setting. Proven ability to operate manufacturing machinery efficiently and safely. Comfortable working in a multicultural, team-oriented environment. Capable of performing basic math functions relevant to production tasks. Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to work early morning shifts (starting as early as 4:30 AM) depending on department needs. Open to working overtime hours and weekends when required. Candidate must be bilingual in Chinese
