Currently seeking a Machine Operator for a full-time permanent position on Woodstock, CT.

Responsibilities of Machine Operator:
-Load spools of wire and rolls of fabric
-Monitor machines and adjust setting as needed
-Troubleshoot and fix issues with equipment
-Perform quality inspections to ensure standards are met, reporting any issues to management
-Complete minor preventative maintenance
-Stock raw materials in work areas
-Safely operated industrial equipment as needed
-Execute machine changeovers
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements of Machine Operator:
-Minimum High School Diploma or GED
-At least 2 years industrial machine operation experience
-Ability to read and interpret instructions and blueprints accurately
-Lift truck certification or experience a plus
-Past experience using measuring tools
-Strong attention to detail
-Mechanically inclined
-Team player

Hours: 2:30pm-11:00pm OR 3:30pm-12:00am Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $18.00-$20.00/hr + shift differential
