Machine Operator
We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aMachine Operator to join a leading Company located in theNashua, NH surrounding area. **US Citizenship is required.** **Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.** In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes during the overnight shift. Job Responsibilities: + Operate and monitor automated or semi-automated machinery in a high-volume production environment. + Perform routine machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as needed. + Inspect finished products for quality and conformance to specifications. + Maintain accurate production records and complete shift reports. + Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Basic Hiring Criteria + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred. + Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, or schematics. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Basic math and computer skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. + Willingness to work overnight hours and occasional overtime as needed.
